1. Introduction
Lead101 is a brand owned and operated by TECTRA SERVE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"). The Company is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation policies. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our subscription services.
All refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree, and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms described herein.
This website and subscription services are provided by TECTRA SERVE PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Lead101.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription purchase (money-back guarantee)
- Service outages or technical failures that prevent platform usage for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Billing errors on our part (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
- Cancellation of annual subscription within the first 30 days (pro-rated refund)
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws in India
2.2 Refund Processing Timeframes
Refunds are processed through Cashfree payment gateway and follow these timelines:
- Refund Initiation: Within 2-3 business days of approval
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days from initiation
- Credit to Account: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank or payment method
Total refund processing time: 9-22 business days from the date of refund approval. Refunds are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
2.3 Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (7-14 business days)
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account (7-14 business days)
- UPI: Refunded to the UPI-linked bank account (7-14 business days)
- Wallet Payments: Refunded to the original wallet (7-14 business days)
We cannot process refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our support team for alternative arrangements.
2.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
- Cancellation of annual subscription after the first 30 days (pro-rated based on unused months)
- Service downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan (difference refunded)
- Partial service disruption that affects specific features (proportional refund)
Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions are calculated as follows: (Remaining months / Total months) × Subscription amount.
2.5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
- Transaction fees or payment gateway charges (these are non-refundable as per Cashfree policy)
- Services that have been fully utilized (e.g., lead processing, form submissions)
- Custom development or integration services that have been completed
- Refunds requested due to violation of Terms of Service
- Refunds for services cancelled due to account suspension or termination for policy violations
2.6 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at thelead101@zohomail.in with your account details
- Provide your subscription ID, transaction ID, and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be initiated through Cashfree payment gateway
- You will receive email confirmation with refund tracking details
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to Subscription Settings to cancel your subscription
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to thelead101@zohomail.in with your account details
- Phone Support: Call us at +91 6381325179 during business hours
3.2 Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellation takes effect as follows:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
- Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect immediately if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free Trial: Cancellation during the free trial period takes effect immediately with no charges.
Once cancellation takes effect, you will lose access to all premium features and your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available).
3.3 Pro-rated Refunds for Cancellations
Pro-rated refunds are available for annual subscriptions cancelled after the first 30 days:
- Cancellation within first 30 days: Full refund (minus transaction fees)
- Cancellation after 30 days: Pro-rated refund based on remaining months
- Monthly subscriptions: No pro-rated refunds after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
Pro-rated refunds are calculated automatically and processed through Cashfree within 7-14 business days of cancellation approval.
3.4 Immediate Cancellation
We reserve the right to immediately cancel your subscription without refund in the following cases:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Abuse of platform resources or services
- Unauthorized access attempts or security breaches
In such cases, your account will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be processed. You may also be liable for any damages caused.
3.5 Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data will be retained as follows:
- Active Data: Your account and data remain accessible until the end of your billing period
- Post-Cancellation: Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes
- Permanent Deletion: All data is permanently deleted after 30 days unless you request earlier deletion
- Export: You may export your data before cancellation through account settings
We recommend exporting your data before cancelling your subscription to avoid data loss.
4. Refund Processing Times
All refunds are processed through Cashfree payment gateway. The processing times vary based on the payment method:

- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-14 business days
- Net Banking: 7-14 business days
- UPI: 7-14 business days
- Wallets: 7-14 business days
Note: Processing times are estimates and may vary based on your bank or payment provider. Cashfree processes refunds as quickly as possible, but final credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time.
If you do not receive your refund within 22 business days, please contact our support team with your transaction ID for assistance.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please follow this process:

- Review Period: We will review your dispute within 5-7 business days
- Resolution: We will provide a written response with our decision and any applicable remedies
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter through legal channels as per Indian law
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
